Use of the service
EduSpark AI provides AI-assisted lesson planning tools for teachers and education teams. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it with students, administrators, parents, or school systems.
AI-generated content
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular classroom. Check standards alignment, student needs, school policy, accessibility, and factual accuracy before use.
Teacher responsibility
EduSpark AI is a drafting assistant. It can help organize objectives, procedures, assessment ideas, and differentiation supports, but it does not know every school policy, student need, district pacing guide, local curriculum requirement, or administrator preference. Review and edit generated materials before sharing them with students or colleagues.
Acceptable use
Do not use EduSpark AI to process private student data, generate harmful content, violate school policy, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. Payment, subscription status, invoices, and checkout are handled through Stripe or another payment provider shown during checkout.
Exports and third-party services
Some workflows may connect to third-party services such as Google Docs export or Stripe checkout. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for using exports in a way that follows your school rules, account permissions, copyright obligations, and student privacy requirements.
Classroom use boundaries
Generated lesson plans may include suggested activities, teacher scripts, assessment ideas, vocabulary supports, and differentiation options. These outputs are meant to support planning, not to make final instructional, legal, medical, accessibility, or placement decisions. Teachers and school teams should adapt content to their curriculum, student needs, available materials, time constraints, and local requirements.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
