EduSpark AI helps teachers generate lesson plans and classroom materials. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the website, sign in with Google, generate content, or purchase a subscription.
Information we may collect
We may process account information, email addresses, lesson topics, grade level, subject area, standards selections, generated outputs, support messages, analytics events, and payment status. Do not enter private student information or sensitive personal data into lesson prompts.
Google sign-in and exports
If you sign in with Google, EduSpark AI may use Google OAuth to identify your account and support exports to Google Docs or related Google services. Google access is used only for the actions you request in the product.
Teacher inputs and classroom examples
Teachers may enter lesson topics, standards labels, grade levels, subject areas, and planning preferences. Use general classroom descriptions whenever possible. For example, "Grade 5 science lesson on Earth's rotation with ELL vocabulary support" is appropriate. A prompt that includes a named student's private records is not appropriate for this tool.
AI generation
Lesson topics, settings, and selected options may be sent to our API and AI providers to generate lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, rubrics, and related classroom materials.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. EduSpark AI does not store full payment card numbers on this website.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand site visits, feature usage, and technical issues. Analytics helps us improve the product and prioritize teacher workflows.
Data choices and retention
Some lesson history may be stored in your browser or account workflow so you can return to previous drafts. You can avoid sharing sensitive information by keeping prompts general, reviewing generated content before export, and removing classroom details that are not needed for lesson planning. If you contact support, we may keep the message long enough to answer the request and improve the product.
